Step 1 - Visit the Official Voter Services Portal

Open the official Voter Services Portal in your web browser. Create a new account or log in using your registered mobile number and OTP.

Step 2 - Login

Sign in using your registered mobile number, email ID, or EPIC number. Verify your account using the OTP received on your mobile.

Step 3 - Select Correction Service

After logging in, choose the option for correcting entries in your voter record. Select the voter whose details you want to update.

Step 4 - Enter Correct Information

Update the incorrect information such as:

• Name
• Father's or Mother's Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Address
• Photograph
• Mobile Number

Step 5 - Upload Documents

Upload supporting documents according to the correction requested. Ensure that all uploaded documents are clear and readable.

Step 6 - Verify Information

Carefully review all the information entered before submitting the application.

Step 7 - Submit Application

Submit your correction request. After successful submission, note down the reference/application number for future tracking.

Step 8 - Track Application Status

Use your reference number on the portal to check the application status until it is approved.

Step 9 - Download e-EPIC (Digital Voter ID)

After your correction request is approved:

• Log in to the Voter Services Portal.
• Open the e-EPIC download section.
• Select your voter record.
• Verify using OTP if required.
• Download the digital Voter ID (PDF).
