The Chief Minister Relief Fund (CMRF) provides financial assistance to eligible patients who require expensive medical treatment and are unable to bear the cost. Financial assistance is granted only after verification and approval by the concerned State Government.

Provide complete details including patient information, address, Aadhaar number, family income, disease details, hospital information, and bank account details.
Obtain a detailed medical certificate, diagnosis report, treatment estimate, and recommendation from the treating doctor or hospital.
Attach all required identity, address, income, and medical documents with the application form.
Submit the completed application at the District Collector's Office, Chief Minister's Relief Fund Cell, or through the online portal if available in your state.
Government officials verify the applicant's documents, financial condition, medical records, and hospital recommendations before processing the request.
After verification, the competent authority reviews the application. Eligible applicants receive financial assistance as per government rules.
If approved, the sanctioned amount is generally released directly to the hospital or, where permitted under state rules, to the beneficiary's bank account.
