Step-by-Step Application Process

  1. Visit the official State Government e-District or Citizen Services Portal.

  2. Create a new user account or log in using your registered mobile number or credentials.
  3. Navigate to "Caste Certificate" under Citizen Services.
  4. Select the category:
    • Scheduled Caste (SC)
    • Scheduled Tribe (ST)
    • Other Backward Class (OBC)
  5. Fill in the application form with:
    • Name
    • Father's / Mother's Name
    • Date of Birth
    • Address
    • Aadhaar Number (if required)
    • Caste Details
  6. Upload scanned copies of all required documents in the prescribed format.
  7. Review all information carefully before submission.
  8. Submit the application.
  9. If applicable, pay the prescribed application fee online.
  10. Save or print the acknowledgement receipt and application number.
  11. The Revenue Department or designated authority verifies the submitted information and documents. In some cases, a field inquiry may be conducted.
  12. Once approved, download the digitally signed caste certificate from the portal or collect the physical certificate from the issuing office, depending on your state's process.
